This project helped me discover talents I didn’t even know I had. It gave me more confidence in my abilities and taught me to be more patient and intentional when leading a team. I had the opportunity to truly put my problem-solving skills to the test, and through that, I’ve grown into a stronger and more effective leader. It was also a pleasure working with Kelvin — he was incredibly helpful, inspiring, and supportive throughout the entire project. His guidance played a big role in my growth, and I truly appreciated his openness and leadership. I’m grateful for the experience — it challenged me, inspired me, and reminded me that I’m capable of much more than I realized.

Collaborating with Kelvin and the Hiring Consultancy team at Witease Music was a creatively charged experience! The project gave us space to explore HR deliverables from onboarding packets to DEI recruitment templates, with a lot of autonomy and trust.

Working and acting as Hiring Consultancy for Witease Music through the Calbright Career Bridge initiative has been a highly positive and collaborative experience. The engagement was well-structured, with clear objectives around HR development, Learning & Development (L&D), and Talent Acquisition strategies. Project Manager Kelvin Miller ensured open communication and consistent alignment throughout the project. His leadership facilitated timely decision-making and a smooth workflow, which contributed to meeting all key milestones. My Co-worker Emmalyn Mai demonstrated a strong commitment to innovation and workforce development, offering valuable insights and being receptive to collaborative input. Their proactive involvement played a significant role in the success of the deliverables. Overall, the partnership was productive, professional, and outcome-driven. I would welcome the opportunity to collaborate with this team again on future initiatives.

From the start, the client team was: Friendly and approachable, making the engagement enjoyable and collaborative. Highly communicative, responding promptly to questions and providing clarity when technical limitations arose. Understanding and flexible, especially when access issues or roadblocks emerged during testing. Engaged in the process, offering thoughtful feedback and demonstrating a clear commitment to improving their security posture. Supportive and mentoring, creating a professional environment that encouraged learning and growth throughout the micro-internship. We greatly appreciated the opportunity to contribute to Witease Music’s cybersecurity efforts and would gladly work with them again in the future.
