This program offers entry-level and intermediate-level job seekers the opportunity to gain real-world, project-based experience in the Data Analytics field.


Over a 4 week period, job seekers will work in teams of 2–3 to complete remote, employer-hosted projects requiring 40 hours of effort. Job seekers will be matched with U.S.-based employers sourced by Riipen and supported throughout the experience with training, onboarding, and milestone check-ins.

  • Help job seekers transition into household-sustaining careers through real work

Job seekers will engage in work-integrated learning (WIL) projects that align with one of the following tracks:

  1. Data Analytics
  2. Data Acquisition and Management
  3. Data Analysis and Visualization


Each project will provide job seekers with an opportunity to:

  • Apply technical and soft skills in real-world environments
  • Work collaboratively in small teams (2–3 job seekers)
  • Gain experience in remote, professional team settings
  • Complete a scoped project within 40 hours across 4 weeks
  • Receive employer feedback and mentorship

Project examples

Sales Performance Dashboard: Analyze and visualize sales performance across different regions/products. Skills potentially needed Pivot tables, Power BI/Tableau, time series analysis.


Customer Churn Analysis: Identify which customers are likely to leave a service. Skills needed include logistic regression, decision trees, etc


Sentiment Analysis on Product Reviews: Understand customer sentiment from reviews. Skills need could be word clouds, sentiment scoring etc


AI Model Performance Analysis (Model Audit): Analyze how well an AI model performs across different subgroups (e.g., age, gender, income).
