Details

Kids At Risk Action (KARA) aims to improve the effectiveness of its weekly newsletter to better engage its audience and increase awareness of its initiatives. The current newsletter lacks engagement and does not fully utilize the potential of digital communication tools. The goal of this project is to redesign the newsletter to make it more visually appealing, informative, and interactive. By leveraging design principles and content strategies, the project seeks to enhance readability and user engagement. The project will involve analyzing the current newsletter, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and researching best practices in nonprofit communication. The team will then apply this knowledge to create a prototype of the improved newsletter, ensuring it aligns with KARA's mission and values.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive analysis report of the current newsletter, highlighting areas for improvement. Additionally, the team will produce a redesigned newsletter prototype that incorporates feedback and best practices. A presentation summarizing the research findings, design process, and recommendations for future iterations will also be delivered. The final deliverables will ensure KARA has a clear path to implementing an effective and engaging newsletter.
