Basic App Development:

We are looking for bright students to develop for us a very basic app on iOS and Android.

The App: It is a simple tool to help entrepreneurs and business managers/executives better identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It follows our own custom Business Planning Methodology, and should consist of a hierarchy of questions that lead the user to an answer.

For example:

An entrepreneur or executive starts the process by entering their basic contact info, and agreeing to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Then they start answering questions.

When they reach a question that they cannot answer, the App will help them to get the answer(s) and/or reach out to our consulting firm for help.

If they can answer all the questions, then the App should output an overall review with Green, Yellow, and Red flags.

The Flags:

Green means you are OK and probably have good information about the topic, or your company is not weak in this area (given the info provided)

Yellow means that there are concerns or you don't have enough data

Red means that something is lacking, a weakness is recognized, or they need to reach out to us for further consulting.
